The little Bump that grew...

(This was in November just before the baby bump was really noticeable).

Even with a baby bump Scarlett is full of fun, the little dare devil

 is always thirsty for an adventure... with a little coaxing anyway.

The little baby bump grew and grew until it couldnt grow any more, so we thought at the time anyway.

But as you can see, Scarlett loved every minute of it!!!

For my birthday Scarlett and I stayed at a hotel in the city... One last night out on the town and a lovely breakfast at a cafe by the waters edge not long before 

that bump would change so much...  

A little history of how it all began...

Jony and I met long before we ever started dating. Jony, Ricky and Leo meet Stephannie at a YSA activity and from that friendship came ours. Shortly after, Stephannie left for QLD but Jony and Leo continued to visit, staying up till early hours of the morning with Vienna and I talking and laughing. (We have very patient parents)

It wasn't until later when he returned from his two year mission in Spain that our relationship changed.

A little under two months later I left for a 12 month trip to South America, Chile.

I don't know that we were even confident that feelings developed over two months would last over the next twelve... But Jony called and emailed frequently, more than anyone else and sure enough on my return the following January everything fell right back into place... including the late nights. In Chile the night began at midnight as nothing was open before that but I was back home now and only just 19 and midnight meant curfew, so it was back to the old days of hanging out in the house from that time on.

 

3am... I remember the time but nothing else! 2004 

Not everything was the same when I returned; Jony had grown his hair and had a very different look all together. He was no longer the clean cut RM I left but we were just happy to be back together, life was great!

Jony had proposed October of 2004, so this year was going to be a big year, exciting and full of change.

The thought had never crossed my mind when I was fifteen sitting on the kitchen floor chatting away with Jony that we would end up here together. 

 

38 weeks and soon to meet our first child, Mar 2009

We waited a few years to start having children, the plan was to spend some time together, buy a house and for Jony to complete his studies. So we spent plenty of time together, bought the house but slightly under shot his major and final exam... by three days! 

I so desperately wanted to go late so Jony didn't have to worry about anything but of course I was the only one out of my sisters to have a baby on my due date...
